Does it replace our existing ITSM tool?
It doesn't have to. Starter and Professional include an on-prem service desk and CMDB; the Enterprise edition integrates with existing ITSM such as ServiceNow or Jira.
Does our operational data leave the bank?
No. Diagnose and Copilot use a private LLM on the Comptech AI Platform inside your data centre.
Can it make changes automatically?
Only with approval. Automate runs runbooks after a human approves the linked change ticket.
How long does a pilot take?
A typical pilot runs 4 to 6 weeks on your hardware or private cloud, with one agreed use case and success criteria set at the start.
What support do you offer?
